UserCheck provides an API designed to identify temporary or disposable email addresses. Our service can be integrated into your registration process to validate email addresses against our up-to-date database of disposable domains.

We reserve the right to modify plan features and limits. Any changes will be communicated via our website and/or email.
Registration is not required for the basic free plan. You can use the API unauthenticated within the specified usage limits.
Registration is required for the registered free plan and the Pro plan. Upon registration, you will receive a personal API key. This key is confidential and should not be shared. All usage associated with your API key will be attributed to your account.
You agree not to use the Services:
All content and software related to UserCheck is our property and is protected by international copyright laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
UserCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All fees for paid plans are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
We may modify our subscription plans, including pricing, with notice. Changes will not apply to current billing periods for which you've already paid.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
We employ rate limiting to ensure fair usage across all users. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the Services.
